A written report is provided with all surveys which is accepted by building societies, banks and mortgagee companies.

These survey fees apply only to properties with in a twenty five mile radius of Wigan, for properties further than this please contact to discuss an acceptable milage fee plus the fee of the survey.

For industrial properties or properties with unusual characteristics,
please contact to discuss.

All surveys are of a none destructive nature unless prior agreement from the client has been agreed.

Please note that the removal of any obstacles such as fitted carpets, furniture is the responsibility of the client.
